Istanbul hosted the world's best PUBG Mobile teams for the 2023 Global Championship Grand Finals (December 4–10). With millions watching globally, Severnik was behind every piece of Turkish-facing content that went live before, during, and after the event.

The Brief

A global finals on home soil meant the content bar was higher than usual. We weren't just posting updates, we were building the narrative arc for a Turkish audience watching their teams compete on the biggest stage in mobile esports. Every post had to carry weight: the road-to-glory countdowns, the in-game reward announcements, the arena hype, and the post-match breakdowns.

Execution

We split the campaign into three phases. Pre-event (2 weeks out): teaser content, team spotlights, and reward reveal graphics that drove anticipation. During the event (Dec 4–10): real-time match results, MVP callouts, behind-the-scenes arena content, and platform-native stories for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Post-event: wrap-up carousels, highlight compilations, and a full performance report breaking down every metric sponsors cared about.

Why It Mattered

Having PMGC in Istanbul was a landmark moment for the Turkish PUBG Mobile scene. Our content didn't just inform, it gave the local community ownership of a global event, turning passive viewers into active participants across every platform.
